The milo was very tall that season due to the seed variety and a wet year. I cut with the header all the way up! After shredding the stalks and plowing it under, it all rotted away by next spring. Good luck with the 403. Definitely a plus being in the shed. I looked for a small corn head for 2 years without any luck. I finally acquired a 615 with an 824 corn head for 2023 season.
What a great combine, in really nice shape, clean, paint look almost new. The sound takes me back to the 60's and 70''s when I grew up

I agree my dad had one back in the early to mid 70's great machine it replaced a 151 that was also very good
