Process/method of Betobar casting.
After all busbar joints erection, alignment, continuity, ductor test, bolt torque, IR test and installation inspection completion, the final stage is the chemical compound mixing process.
Betobar
1, Beto iso mix sand mixing 1minute
2, Resin mixing with sand 3minutes
3, Hardener mixing 5minutes
Total in 9minutes mix the process become semi liquid stage and finally casted in Bus bar joints.
After casting and mix dried, final IR test shall be done. That's it 👍
