What you used for the horses tail is macrame cord, at least in Australia that’s what we get when we buy a roll of macrame cord.
I love you guys, and glad Courtrina likes her horse, but I would have left the finish and just repaired it. It looked very old.

I went to my bins the other day, and it looked like they dumped a vintage booth right into bins. Vintage tins, books, a silk screen painting from Asian antiquity, $1 furniture, vintage books (mostly bibles), gold-leaf china, transfer ware, vintage baby doll high chair, and so much more.

Try using powdered cinnamon and wood glue made into a dough for great wood filler. Won’t crack or shrink. And it’s the color of old wood.

Ya should have left the horse alone it was an antique with real a horse hair tail can you remove the paint it had a leather sadle with brass stirrups

Hi guys this is right down my alley! You better believe it! I'm a thrift addict! I thought i was the only one who loves books and older vintage books and I am happy to see I'm not alone!!!!❤ my issue is I have so much stuff from thrifting that I honestly have become a hoarder and I don't know what to do with it now! I have old books, cookware, old newspapers from the 1900s, old coins, you name it I have it.. I don't know who to contact about the things I have and I am so afraid I'm going to get ripped off by someone. SOS help me! I'll try to post some of the things I have soon and hopefully someone will reach out. Ive worked really hard over the years collecting and purchasing. I love the bins. The one in Birmingham isn't as big as this one. While searching thru the books did you notice the kids book in one of the shots??? Let's Summon Demons a Creepy Color me and activity book. I would have bought it just to keep it out of the hands of any other kids...then burn it.

If someone buys something from you, how do they know if you plan on painting it. Or what if they don't want it painted, or don't like the color or look after it's been painted?????
They just take the risk. People used to try to prebuy stuff. So now we just put will be painted and if they want to they buy it.
I don’t think the rocker is original to that horse piece since it has those wheels. It looks so good without the rocker.

I like many of your projects, but today I was upset. Why did you paint the horse and thus turn it into a cheap Chinese fake.. All its beauty was under a layer of white paint. Gone is the noble of antiquity.
