I love how your expectations are so realistic! You always have the hairs integrity in 1#. You don't over promise results. Also I use Pravana color remover. I had a client natural level 9, home dyed black box 4x!!! 😳😳😳The shame!!! Anyways, the Pravana 2part system worked great, it got her to that nasty orange color, you just had. 🤢 I did it twice and bleached after and it worked great! Thanks for always including the toning formulas, ugh I mix the same way you do, it must be a thing 🙃it turned out amazing!!

The pravana color remover was discontinued 😭😭😭
The schwarzkopf color remover is amazing! It is a bleach based color remover but it does a good job in keeping the hair integrity.
I’ve tried that too and liked it!
Have you used it to remove Chroma ID or other direct dyes ?

I also love the Malibu C products. Quick fix is also one of my favorites. I had a client just today come in for a emergency fix, she had used a box color level 5 red. And it was dark. I used quick fix with water at the shampoo bowl, bagged her then put her under the dryer for 45 mins. It turned a beautiful auburn reddish color that needed nothing else it was really pretty. The best part about quick fix is it doesn’t always have to be colored after. I use it for a pre service before booking the color correction so I can get an idea of how hard it will be to lift. 💕💕

i use loreal colour eraser and also the matrix color remover, i love both as feel they are stil gentle on the hair. brilliant service kristi as usual :) xx
For removing permanent and demi permanent I love rusk elimin8 (gray box) it's comparable to the pravana color extractor. I love malibu ddl for direct dyes and joico intensity eraser and rusk elimin8 direct is okay

Malibu c ddl xl will completely strip any blue, green, and purple temporary colors. It lifts reds a good bit too but not completely in my experience

I love Rusk elimin8 gray box. It's really easy-to-use and doesn't stink as much as others do.
Personally I use Rusk Elim8 (gray box) and I do use Malibu CPR on vivids or banding.

But what was on her hair.. a semi direct dye on top of exsiting blonde ? Or - a lift n deposit same time based dye ?
That’s what I was explaining in the beginning, I don’t know and she didn’t know what she put on it.
Hi I need help I had burgundy permanent box dye I did a color fix and when I try to bleach it lifts red any suggestions instead of lighter ???
There’s nothing that will stop it from lifting red. Burgundy is a red tone so lifting thru it is only going to create lighter red, then orange, the lighter you go.

So.. what did you do to correct the green hair when that happened? I’ve done it twice so far and I HATE it. Do you apply another color remover or what? Please help!! 🤦🏻♀️
I use the Brazilian blow out clarifier spray and wash out a few times. That’s one of the best clarifies cause it really strips the hair to prepare it for the blow out service. That’s my go to whenever over toning happens or situations like this.
How long did it take for this appointment?
I go over that at the end, a little over 4 hours
