Good install demo, theres a ground screw in there, every time I get access to any ground screws I give it squirt of a product called Rust Cure, don't want any long term ground connection issues.
Thanks for watching and appreciate the feedback! Yes good advice as well. That ground screw looked ok to me when I checked over the trunk lid, but will remember for next time I have to take it off. Cheers!
Lots of good aftermarket accessories for the Tesla. Looks good. Nice meeting you at Fully Charged in Vancouver. I would imagine it was pretty packed on Saturday and Sunday. Thx.
I’m wondering if the rear camera alteration affects FSD and/or the autopark feature. Did you use either during the April 2024 free download/usage period, and if so, care to share any results? Brilliant video with all the details and insights really appreciate it. 👏👏
We have the same setup with the lightbar and the lower bumper sequentials. When I installed my lightbar I ran into the same issue as you with having to run the harness to the drivers side as well. One downside I noticed is when we brake at night and it does that little flicker and stays solid. When we let off the brake the entire bar goes off for a brief second and then comes back on. Even our sequentials do that as well. I was trying to find other vidoes of this product to see if maybe something was wrong with mine but I see yours does the same thing. Maybe thats just the way it works for us with the older lights that don't use the outer C portion of the light for Brake lights like how the newer ones do.
Thanks for watching and of your comments and observations. Yes mine is working as you see and I don't know another way to install it. It's still pretty good.
@@raptork.i.n.g4996 Nothing yet. I was going to look into seeing if I could tap into the parking lights (dim) but I think it's the little circuit board inside the box that has the orange wire coming out of it. Its basically the logic controller so not sure there's a way around it as of yet.
@Dysan360 I may go with full kit with the tail light. This one kinda annoying if your turn signal on and do brake and go light completely out for second.
Yeah I have to say had I known this one did that I’d probably would have reconsidered 😢. It looks bad at night especially with my lower sequential bumper lights doing the same exact thing. So picture in complete darkness the center and lower bumper lights after tapping the brakes go completely out and all you see are the stock Tesla tails for a second and then the others come back on. 😢

Thanks for watching and thanks for saying hi at FCL! Yes pretty good crowds over the rest of the weekend!

Thanks for watching! I don't believe it impacted the rear camera for FSD, however I have not tried parking yet. If I do I will update this post.
Can you post a link where you bought the bag of spare clips ?
Great job man and looking beautiful 😊
Thank you so much 😀
