It got to the point that humans were hunted down and volunteered to be bagged up and milked ad infinitum(or blooded, i suppose). Vampires had to ration the available blood so a racket started when the 10% blood coffee was reduced to 5%
It's called Daybreakers. And yeah, it's funny how every idea they discussed was explored in that movie. The volunteering to become a vampire, and debating whether you should or not was in the movie too. Also living in sunless apartments. Only the weird finite blood idea wasn't a thing.

I was recently told by a medical expert i have some weirdly vampiric traits... I look way younger than i am, have quite pale skin, i have an aversion to sun light as i burn easily and sun light really effects my eye sight and i absolutely love blood sausage and i have really no ability to gain proper weight. So here is hoping i just get insanely old xD but diagnoses i have had tell me that might not be the case, but hey we shall see i have beaten the odds before.

So a 75% shot is actually a 90% or smth. Originally, this wasn't the case and they had people being like "I missed 3 90% shots in a row! Fix your game!" Anyway, the hardest difficulty displays the true randomness and Ben himself has spoken abt how that difficulty's RNG is unfair.
