I wish I had a space like that. I do have a mancave in my basement where I have a section for my art stuff. I want a space just like that so I can use spray paint and not worry about anything. the insulation would help it to where the AC or fans wouldn't have to work so hard.... or be on as high

You can always get a portable ac unit from home depot. I had a garage studio set up here in texas and it gets super hot without one.
