I think your direct critique of the product is good, honestly outling pros and cons. One technical error, you made, was the strap across the back is for securing to trolley type luggage and not for lifting when the bag is front down.
Thanks for the correction! Though after using the thing fully loaded for 9 months the trolley strap has still makes for a good solid secondary lift strap!
