Wonderland posted something about character dining, the Mortal Meal. Is this something you’ll be doing? It would probably lead to some hilarious interactions with your monster friends, they can get a live food review lol.
I mean the trees were not natural to begin with. They are an esthetic that is pretty budgeted for the landscaping department . It was planted around the original construction of the mountain
For sure! My Mom said when she visited back in the ‘80s, there was very little shade because of how small the trees were. But unlike Kings Dominion, I believe these trees were planted ahead of the park’s opening, which is generally what I mean if I describe something as an “original” feature of the park.
Scare Zones are outdoor areas of the park along pathways which will have scarers/monsters throughout and usually feature a long of spooky props. Unlike the mazes (which are more like haunted houses), there’s no single path or narrow hallways so you can linger and explore a bit more. The scarers also have a lot more freedom to move and engage guests in these areas.
im ready for Halloween haunt
I love how even though you don’t have a lot of subscribers you still do what you love and do it so well, you just gained a subscriber.
Thanks so much! It’s a lot of time and energy, but I love adding some joy into the world by sharing my weekly visits!
I love the way you say halloween haunt everytime haha! Cant wait to visit the park tomorrow for my first ever haunt
Thanks! I hope you have a wonderful first time at Haunt tomorrow!
I miss when I was called Fear Fest lolz
Haha, that’s fair! The name would definitely pair well with WinterFest!
Interesting: if you Google "day of the dead wonderland," it shows a page mentioning 2024. Seems like plans changed in recently.
Yeah, it’s very strange… hopefully it was just a scheduling thing for this year and it’ll return next year.

Haha, true! I don’t think I can justify spending $35 on it, but I’m definitely tempted. 😁
@@WonderlandWeekly yeah it is a bit steep for one person, but at least it’s an all you can eat buffet.
If I didn’t have the all season dining, I’d definitely go for it!
