Yes, Peter Noyes-Thomas was known for fairly one-the-hoof commentary - much of it probably recorded 'as live' with little or no notes. Even by his standards, though, this is indeed a doozy!
I’m curious; is VHS Rallies a personal collection of videos? Or is it the archives of an old media company? Whatever the source, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have a couple old single terabyte hard drives from the early 2000’s with hundreds of hours of Motorsport I had collected before youtube became a thing….its nice to break out every now and again. Lots of rallies, and the best years of top gear and 5th gear.
Precisely. It started with a single video tape of mine. Then I started converting tapes for friends. They recommended me to other friends, who recommended I start a TH-cam channel - and this, in turn, attracted other folk who had collections and who wanted them saved/converted (for free, by the way).
You're welcome. We passed through the 400-video mark earlier this week, as well as hitting five million views in total across the channel. Thanks to all who've watched, plus of course, those who've dug out tapes for conversion.
Channel 1 on my amstrad fidelity screen sport...where did 30 years go...cheers 📼 vhs..
Pre remote control,😀
Bet they were busy at Hockley’s straightening Munsters Nova!🤣
This lad, hadn't a breeze what was going on. Vaguest commentary you'll ever hear
