i defeated a narcissist! but i finally realized i defeated a shadow side of myself. he was just a physical representation that i manifested to mirror the way i felt about myself. each time he betrayed me i also betrayed myself by accepting. each time he told me i couldn’t do better than him i also believed that about myself. i finally decided i can do better than him, i can choose the life i truly desire, i don’t have to live imprisoned in fear. life is limitless. i am free. i’m happy and at peace. i’m excited for my life! even though my mom is battling cancer i feel happy and at peace. i’m helping her and i feel i can heal her. because ive healed myself, through God. i’m going to help her belief in herself. she will either get through this or return to God. but i know i can withstand anything. i refuse to ever go back to sleep.
and you’re so right… the fall was related to my sisters death. she died suddenly at 37. i was on a path manifesting my dreams but when she died i sort of went to sleep. i just gave up everything and went to sleep. that’s when my ex came back (the narc) and i stayed with him for a year of hell where he constantly cheated me and had other women fighting me. it was literal hell. i feel like i escaped with the clothes on my back. now my mom is battling a cancer but i feel like God woke me up and she get up now!

It definitely felt like I've been through survivor EXTREME. Much of my life has been spent in fear. My parents fought constantly growing up. I was totally a people pleaser up until just recently. I escaped a cult, I was left by my husband after 10 years of marriage, my brother was awful to me, my grandma passed away, my fur baby who is a soulmate and now one of my guides as she crossed over and it broke my heart (I've never felt that level of grief before). At 19, I gave up going to art school (I was accepted at the UofA in Philadelphia) to take care of my father, who had a lung disease and was living alone after he and my mom divorced. i defeated a narcissist! but i finally realized i defeated a shadow side of myself. he was just a physical representation that i manifested to mirror the way i felt about myself. each time he betrayed me i also betrayed myself by accepting. each time he told me i couldn’t do better than him i also believed that about myself. i finally decided i can do better than him, i can choose the life i truly desire, i don’t have to live imprisoned in fear. life is limitless. i am free. i’m happy and at peace. i’m excited for my life! even though my mom is battling cancer i feel happy and at peace. i’m helping her and i feel i can heal her. because ive healed myself, through God. i’m going to help her belief in herself. she will either get through this or return to God. but i know i can withstand anything. i refuse to ever go back to sleep.
and you’re so right… the fall was related to my sisters death. she died suddenly at 37. i was on a path manifesting my dreams but when she died i sort of went to sleep. i just gave up everything and went to sleep. that’s when my ex came back (the narc) and i stayed with him for a year of hell where he constantly cheated me and had other women fighting me. it was literal hell. i feel like i escaped with the clothes on my back. now my mom is battling a cancer but i feel like God woke me up and she get up now!

It definitely felt like I've been through survivor EXTREME. Much of my life has been spent in fear. My parents fought constantly growing up. I was totally a people pleaser up until just recently. I escaped a cult, I was left by my husband after 10 years of marriage, my brother was awful to me, my grandma passed away, my fur baby who is a soulmate and now one of my guides as she crossed over and it broke my heart (I've never felt that level of grief before).
