LG 20" Monitor not working | fault diagnosed | waiting for client approval.

I notice quite a lot of excess heat. The Power Supply goes. Blank screen common problem. Swap out Power Supply & send old one back to Master WU.

Sir ye hi model hai same lg flatron sir usme white screen ki problem hai sir mene fuse registion bhi chek kar liye but sir lekin problem solved nahi ho rahi sir pls give me some ideas testing and solutions pls

Do you know how to factory reset this monitor, i mean like jumper or short the circuit on the board. The setting buttons on my monitor not work and every thinh mess up.
