I love the design of the eVTOL so much. Very aerodynamic. Hope I can drive it

In the 80's, there was a company out of California that had that same concept design. It was advertised in one of the magazines I frequent alot and the name of that V-TOL concept was the AURORA. It had the exact concept of "Flying over daily traffic". The concept sketch was always only of the front of the vehicle and in my opinion that is almost identical to this one. My brother and I remember it vividly, for we were into such like things and it got our imagination running! That is indeed strange that after all these years that Same concept came full circle! INCREDIBLE ! I Truly wish this team much success and hope this concept comes to its fruition.

Wow! This looks great. Creating a hover car in this day and time really shows that the world is ready to bring the future to reality. I also like the design of the vehicle. It’s not just about the capabilities of the vehicle, but also how cool it looks too. To see hover cars come to life, an coexist in cities all over the world is an exciting addition to the world of transportation. I look forward to watching the test runs, and hopefully being able participate in a few test runs as well. Bellwether Industries, keep up the good work, and I look forward to viewing more about the vehicle on the 26th.

Pretty cool design, however, i have one very important question ? how do you get into this thing ? From what i can see from the video, the canopy folds upwards, similar to a jetfighter, which means you would have to walk or crawl over this vehicle, just to get into the cockpit ! And with vehicles like this, accessebility is everything, if it is going to be successful.

Nice sports car like design, what do have in mind for multiple passengers like 3 to 4 people. That and the design needs a way to go up and down a street like a hover mode using sensors or a easy electric motor and wheels. Like land in your area and take a street, no need for Highway or Freeway but sensors and a hover mode would work too.

This aircraft car must have repulsion mechanism that repels two aircraft or even another unknown object nearby when coming in a certain distance because in the future there will be a lot of vehicles flying near high buildings and among other aircraft vehicles of the similar kind, of course you don't want both aircraft cars colliding at a hight.

I agree that this design looks really amazing but the problem with usage still remains. And that is the fact that any powered lift vehicle will never be allowed to takeoff from city streets or in your parking lot in the city. If there’s an engine failure or main battery failure below 400 feet you cannot use a ballistic parachute and then you’re just a flying brick until you hit the ground with a thunderous force. Imagine these things falling out of the sky on people’s heads…. You would have to takeoff from your private ranch somewhere outside the city and fly to a designated airport, which pretty much kills any idea of a “flying car”. It’s really just a vertical takeoff and landing airplane. For this concept to really work all the cities need to be completely restructured to be able to accept these type of flying vehicles to fly directly into some building heliport. For the foreseeable future this can never replace a good old fashioned car because everything is designed around cars and driving, not flying into the city.

I think this is the first time that I see a VTOL that actually looks appealing enough for someone to drop a penny and buy. This thing looks absolutely fantastic and the performance is not too bad, although should be a little hotter. Its 135 mph top speed is only good enough between short hops from city suburbs. As far as the name Volar… they stole this from Paul Moller’s coinage of Volantor for his original flying cars that never went any further than prototypes, although he spent millions on it. At least be honest about it…

Of course, you are absolutely correct. Nonetheless, I applaud the efforts of Bellwether and Enata to bring this challenging vision to reality. By the time a viable, safety-rated, sky-worthy version is available, the urban threats posed by global climate refugees shall be so pronounced as to make ground-based transportation untenable. The modality of Bellwether Industries' transportation shall exist not only as a luxury, but as an inherent necessity...for the ultra-wealthy.
