You dont want to end your turn with red dragon archfield on board if youre going first, as its effect pops any monster on your side of the field that did not attack that turn. You'll board wipe yourself
Yup unless you have soul in GY to protect,
But in the example your referring to (Combo 3) you bring RDA Back during your opps turn so you should after turn skipping them, complete the OTK when turn changes back to you.
sometimes the RDA attempting to blow up your board is a necessary part of the combo because sometimes you wouldn’t have a card banished for dis pater without the soul resonator banishing itself to protect your monsters from RDA
Small tip: you can do the turn skip with just Soul Resonator, Burning Soul and ANY discard for Bone Archfiend.
It goes like this: when you summon Resonators from deck with Crimson, get two level 2, then use a Resonator and Red Rising Dragon to go into Scarred. At that point you can just set Burning Soul and activate it whenever you want during the opponent's turn. Reminder to NOT activate it in response to something, or else Calamity will miss timing since it's a "when" effect
So if i summon calamity it has to be cl1 or it will miss time right? So that means that if i activate calamity but then i chain vision resonator my opponent can still answer with a cl3. So i can just resolve calamaity and then activate vision as another chain? Or i have to cl1 vision and then do calamity cl2 (or will it miss time?). Sorry for the questions but I'm trying to understand all the interaction and how to do it properly thanks!

The effect of Calamity should ALWAYS be the last chain link you activate because it protects all other links of the chain. Example: you send to the gy Scarred, Vision and another level 2 to summon Calamity. At that point you have 3 effects to activate, and you can chose the order of activation BEFORE your opponent gets a chance to respond because the 3 cards I mentioned (Scarred, Vision and Calamity) meet the activation requirements at the same time. You want to activate Vision and Scarred first and THEN Calamity, because Calamity's effect CANNOT be responded to by your opponent, which means that you can resolve the whole chain without your opponent having the chance to do anything. What you want to have as chain link 1 is ALWAYS Burning Soul. Because if you activate it in response to an effect and summon Calamity, it will miss timing, while if Burning Soul is cl1 Calamity won't miss timing.

its entirely gimmicky but red zones pop is live if you have the og red nova dragon on the field as it requires specifically red dragon archfiend to make, not entirely useful but its a fun interaction if you want an excuse to run jack's big boss monster

@@Xx3SPAZxX Correction, 4 months late, however Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Bane DOES not mention the specific "Red Dragon Archfiend" . It says "Red dragon Archfiend" monsters. Red Zones pop condition after an opponent activates a card or effect will only be fulfilled if you have the following monsters face up on the field.
Red Dragon Archfiend
Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend
Scarred Dragon Archfiend
Majestic Red Dragon
Red Nova Dragon
These monsters qualify because they are either considered as a Red Dragon Archfiend on the filed or they specifically mention "Red Dragon Archfiend", not "Red Dragon Archfiend" monsters.
The following monsters does not meet Red Zone's pop effect criteria.
Hot Red Dragon Archfiend
Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Abyss
Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Bane
Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend
Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity

thanks for the help as i had three of this deck in my 25th aniversery card binder not doing anything but had no idea on how to use it since they where sleeveless and i wanna get a jack atless set of card sleeves and deckbox to use with them before i use the deck in a dual irl as i normally use syncro,fusion or xyz in my extra decks ill try these methods outand if it worksill use it for my five d,s duals
i dont play alot but when id o drowning mirror force or mirror force always mess me up. do those effects take place to any of the synchros shown. like i get set up then i attack then they all disappear. i know im bad l;ol im trying to get better i swear. great vid thanks
Always clear backrow before attacking in those types of match ups, only way you can protect from them is with abyss dragon set up to negate that Mirrorforce or banish their board with red super nova
After which Deck list are the Combos based on?
More Budget or more non Budget oriented?
Either you'd make these combos with 3 structures or with more invested

Hey! I didn't play yugioh for some time. One thing i dont get how can u have 3 synchro monsters on field without link monsters?
They got rid of that rule a while ago, only pendulums from the extra and links need to go innto the extra monsterzone/ need links pointing to them.

No has to be OG RDA as it dosent say RDA Monster otherwise you could summon anything that had RDA in its name
Do any of the synchros have an ability to negate card effects?
Abyss does but has to target it,
It's why the only way to play through Nib is with the bystials going into baronne

Vision is kwl and so could synchron but soul and Bone really limit your extra deck options
@zephyrwargamesyugioh more like using the darkworld mosters as disruption like graphs and ceruli but it might not be a good idea as I thought thank you for replying
@garlandwest1115 it's not a bad idea, just very limiting sadly, vision is a kwl additin as it can be summoned for free and in the right set up get you some decent synchros

The way the text is written is the important part.
If a Dragon Synchro Monster is on the field: Special Summon up to 2 monsters, that are "Resonator" monsters and/or Level 1 Dragon monsters, from your Deck.
You look at it as 2 different bits "that are Resonators"
and/or
"level 1 Dragon monsters"
the and/or is to allow you to summon any mixture of the 2 (resonators AND/OR Level 1 Dragons)
