The staff at next level racing for me have been fantastic! Iv invested in their company since the first iteration of their motion bases so V1,V2 and now iv ordered the V3 and they have been great to deal with. Matthew has been awesome in helping me to get my motion rig back up and running. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Sorry to hear about what that ebay seller did. I had my unit replaced under warranty just last week & had to destroy the CPU & dispose of it. There is no way I could live with myself on-selling it like he did. Glad you got a refund & are now getting a legit one. So much fun once you have it dialled in. Couple tips that I like. Offset the "Weight Transfer Bias" about negative 40-60% so that it throws you back on acceleration, but not cramming you up against the steering wheel under braking. I also like the Rev limiter frequency set to about 1.9-2.0 which shakes the seat very quickly. Down at 1.0 (default) it shakes to slow. I also generally have separate profiles for Road Cars, GT3 cars & F1 cars, as they all experience different levels of G-forces. If you want to feel movement in the road cars, it will be to violent for F1 cars experiencing 2-3 times the G-forces.
Yeah. Matthew is a good dude. He took care of me. I had the same problem this last summer. My V3 that was about 8 months old stopped working. NLR had me film myself destroying the pcb and CPU. I was then directed to take it to an electronics recycling center and dispose of it. I couldn’t imagine trying to resale it and lie about what’s wrong with it. Advice for anyone buying one of these used. In working condition or “broken”. Check with NLR first and make sure the serial number hasn’t been deactivated. Even if you think you can repair it. I have no idea what it would take to get it working if it’s been deactivated.
Deactivated means it's no longer in thier system. So it is literally impossible to repair. Since you need a active serial number to download and use the software to a degree. Lessons learned right?
@@Mikey6048 Sh*t happens man. So many scumbags out there looking to fu*k good people over. To bad NLR didn’t find who it was. It would be really easy to do. Then deactivate that’s persons replacement unit for going against the agreement and using their deactivated device to steal money from someone. That person would have no grounds for complaint against NLR.
Same thing happened to me. I bought a unit myself from someone and it was out of warranty. Matthew couldn't help me and now I'm sitting on a dead piece of junk. What's weird is that my unit is recognized by the computer and the NLR software because I can calibrate it and I see it moving but when I fire up any game it just doesn't work. It also seems to move slower at some angles when testing it on the NLR software.
I wouldn't bother. You wouldn't swing the rear tires out in a real truck. It's meant to replicate drifting, rallying and racing when traction is lost and the rear tires break lose.

Oh okay. Crazy stuff.
Have much fun with your brandnew unit!
Thank you friend. I hopefully will.

Awesome tips! I wrote them down and will give them a try. I feel like I'm going to spend a ton of time dialing in my favorite cars. Thank you.

You can't send it in to be repaired? If it's still in their system they should be able to get it fixed for you. But you'll pay out of pocket.
next level racing traction plus motion platform to play truck simulator 2yes no
