Throughly enjoyed the way this flip came together! Love the two-tone exterior, really modern look…I wasn’t sure about the pop of brown on the outside that is the bathroom window but it does flow nicely together after a few more looks. Color pallet, bathroom floor & tile choice, master bedroom were just some of the highlights, great job! P.S. Loved the bloopers at the end 😂

It allows us to preserve the character of the neighborhood while giving the property a fresh, modern look. Plus, it's incredibly rewarding to breathe new life into a home with history. Gorgeous flip, but two things: 1: What happened to the rehab numbers? Would've been nice to share those. 2: Why does the backyard have alopecia? For as much as was spent on the house (and I LOVE the primary bath's wetroom, BTW) - there could've been some sod laid down in the back to even out the grass & staged w/ outdoor furniture so buyers could also envision themselves entertaining out there. Something to consider for next time!

This is gorgeous. Great remodel. Personally I don’t love the black and gold together. I like mixed metal but not these mixed metals. The black makes the gold look cheap.

The wetroom could serve a girls locker room! The transformation is astounding. The three windows in the bathroom sort of arrested my attention, imagining coming out of the bath or shower and inadvertently flashing the neighbors!

Thanks for the compliment! While starting from scratch might seem like a viable option, we often find that preserving the original structure allows us to maintain the charm and character of the neighborhood while also being more environmentally sustainable. Plus, it's often more cost-effective to renovate than to completely rebuild. Appreciate your input!

@@QCFlippers but none of the original “charm and character” was preserved or reintroduced. This simply looks like a very modern “on trend” architecty house design dropped into an older established neighborhood. Not trying to be rude, just offering some constructive feedback. Maybe try to find a blend of old and new while honoring the rest of the neighborhood/community.

The new-age way of making every house some version of grey, white, black, and maybe a scrap of colour desecrates any nuance and character a home can have.
This isn't a home, it's a vapid house. It lacks colour, coziness, and it's trying to give a feel of luxury and 'moderness' when in reality, it's cheap and soulless.
It's modernisation and perceived customisation which only serves to increase the value of a house, rather than enhancing character. It's desperately trying to be something it's not, and it really shows 🤢
I don't see how anyone can call themselves a 'designer' and pull this out of their ass.
    How dystopian.
