Who is the Most Valuable Member of the Order of the Arrow?

Let's discuss the most important Arrowmen in the Order of the Arrow. They are often overlooked and taken for granted but this should not be the case. Without these OA brothers, your chapter would struggle and fail. The entire lodge in all of its chapters depends on this one person. Of course, I speak of the New Ordeal member. By far the most important Arrowmen in your chapter. They bring new growth and new ideas with solutions that you have never thought of. Without them, your chapter would soon fold and your lodge would suffer greatly.

⚠️ Note: All Scout and Scouters are important and often overcommitted. Having new ordeal members constantly flowing in with new ideas & solutions is critical to the success of your chapter and lodge. At many ordeals, I was asked to give a talk to the new ordeal members of our chapter. For a few years, I gave the normal pep talk but it wasn't helping keep scouts involved. Then one year I decided that I would just speak from my heart and it was very successful. Here is generally how it went.

“I wanna thank you for coming out this weekend and hopefully discovering something about yourself. The Ordeal is a great example of what leaders are faced with in every challenge they have. How you choose to use thees self-reliance skills you learned this weekend is important. Unfortunately most of you I will never see again. Many of you think that the Order of the Arrow is only focused on the Ordeal. Let me reassure you that it's a big part of it but, not the only thing. Your Ordeal is only experienced once in a lifetime. We are a brotherhood of cheerful service and we have a really good time doing it. There are many exclusive benefits of being active in our chapter. I encourage you to commit to finishing your membership with Brotherhood. Along that path, you will discover that there is a whole world of fun and fellowship out there that you will enjoy. For those of you who are choosing not to participate any further, I wish you well and you are always welcome back. For those who are taking up the challenge of this brotherhood, I welcome you, to your chapter.”

New Ordeal members are the most valuable Scout and Scouters in the OA. From them, we get new ideas and inspiration to take on new challenges. The constant renewal of Scouts and Scouters is essential to the good health of a chapter. The most valuable renewal is new members fulfilling beneficial roles.

Why are people commenting pumpkin spice latte

For the past year, TH-cam analytics was telling me that no one was viewing the whole video. As an experiment, I put a 30 second funny JibJab video at the end as an Easter Egg. This told viewers to put “pumpkin spice latté” in the comment section. After the Easter Egg was found it was removed from the video. This proves that subscribing members are viewing the entire videos and reading the comments. Thank you for participating in the experiment. I will need to find another Easter Egg video and try it again sometime. YIS⚜
