Tipping: Not essential, but you can Bathrooms: Generally clean where we went and most gas stations had one Car renting: Make sure to take out full insurance and probably take a video of the car General safety: Tourism is one of the key economies and ppl while unhappy with the situation next door are also really affected due to lack of tourists. We felt quite safe during our trip!
As someone who is half Jordaine I love Petra but I am so angry will Israel for block of the water source to the dead see so it is dying and Israel are like the British colonisers who took the land from the Palestine’s.

And parking is not too hard to find in most places. Didnt drive in Amman city which was probably a good thing
