That’s all. We must be fair yes we do not want dangerous criminals getting away but why did the district attorney not reveal all the evidence that they had???

I feel bad for the wife. But, the family, I feel like they are 💯 in denial. Didn’t he first say it was an older man and then try to blame his own brother?
There's so many people willing to support a murderer. It really does boggle my mind. They heard all of the evidence just like we did but they choose to ignore the evidence. There's nothing worse then denying yourself the truth about something, especially a murder. That is the highest crime that someone can commit. And to murder the two people that raised you, cared of you and loved you is just mind-blowing. I believe this young man is a sociopath. It's obvious to me through his actions, his arrogance and his lack of remorse. This guy had absolutely no empathy whatsoever for his parents and probably not too many other people. He is a danger to society and I am thrilled that he's locked up. His sentence was 40 years with no parole. Now.. that can go two or three different ways. I'm not clear if it's mandatory forty years before he can apply for parole. Probably not it sounds more like it could be earlier if you deduct his good time, they'll only have good time if he gets no write-ups in prison. So he literally could be eligible for parole in just 25 years or so. But if he doesn't admit to the crime and shows no remorse he's not going to get released. As far as the comment from the uncle.. man I have no words.. except to say.. your nephew is obviously a very cunning and manipulative person. I have no doubt that someday you will understand what really happened because he's going to want parole and in order to get paroled he will have to admit and tell what happened the night he killed his parents. It will be many years down the road.

What parents lock their bedroom door? I think they knew something wasn’t right with him…
They should never let that psycho out!🤬
Prayers for the families.
RIP PARENTS
Yeah yall screamin innocent untill he gets out and kills your family members because if he can do it to his parents he can and will do it to yall
Finally. RIP to the Parents
These kids are so sad alot of them have no respect and honor for family and feel u owe them everything!
Low set ears, thick neck. A very common physical occurrence in male murderers and rapists. And Antonio Armstrong JR got both traits STRONG.
I can't believe his family is sticking by his side. Smh
No way he was gonna get off at a 3rd time it’s a disgrace he did that to his parents. He got what he deserved.
Even josh half sister called josh "the black sheep of the family' all to put the murder on him. It breaks my heart, such betrayal
Most Bareface ruthless narcissist and psychopath I've ever seen...
No emotions or remorse for parents loss.
That's good, now his parents can rest in peace.
made no sense for that chic to marry a murderer ...
She set herself up for failure but I’m pretty sure her narcissistic husband did some thorough convincing. She is soul tied to him and it is at her own expense. She should’ve left a long time ago smh
@@dfjr19nah she white she didn’t care
You don't kill your parents if are that unhappy find somewhere else to live.A relative or foster care.
I believe he's guilty, just the whole story point directly at him, when I first seen what happened Fingers point directly at him!!! No one enter the house he had a long enough break,he should've been on jail!!!
I felt he was guilty, because he took the gun of his dad, to practice.
And I believe his dad would never allowed him to play with the gun.
A very sad story.
feeling is not proof though
@@tankthearc9875
I guess your right.
But in this case, I think they got the right man.
As sad as I am about it.
Killer had No Remorse
Justice was served Repentance AJ and tell the truth
Who the hell would marry him??
Someone just as despicable... probably.
If he did it I hope he will confess now.😢because everyone lost, this is not going bring his parents back. This is sad all around 🙏🙏 God knows if he did it, for sure. Such a nice family and if he didn’t do it, it’s even more tragic; but he was shooting gun in his room and setting fire outside their door, he obviously was a disturbed personality.
He did it he's going to jail whether he confesses or not
That boy is sick killed his parents and let his attorneys pin it on his brother has the whole family saying josh did it sick sick PPl
Sounds like a OJ or Scott Peterson trial. " I didn't do it, but we will find the person who did this" Good luck. The right person is going to jail. Have fun with your cellmate.
How do you know that the right person is going to jail. When he had no blood on him or gunpowder? Yes he had problems but where is the evidence that he fired the gun?? Can you share with the rest of us who still has questions like gunpowder and blood on his clothing? These are two pieces of very important evidence information. How come they didn’t search the house for the bloody clothes and gloves even on his foot he would have gunpowder where is the socks etc. I see stuff that says yes he did some stupid stuff but where is the blood evidence and the clothes that has gunpowder?
@hasinahmasud5503 12 people found him guilty. That's all that needs to be said. He can think of his dead parents as he stares at the cold empty walls of his cell for the next 40 years.
John Jordan great job Justice is served
Monster is where it should be IN A ORANGE JUMPSUIT 😊
WELL WHAT HE DID IN THE DARK 7 YEARS AGO JUST CAME TO LIGHT
Finally justice to his parents and by the hands that killed them
Whew !!! I'm glad finally..Guilty!!!
Keeping this secret for this long is unbelievable. I’m surprise he hasn’t told a single soul what really happened that night. Hopefully he comes clean soon and finally tells the truth. That’s what his mom would’ve wanted, based on her texts she was disappointed of having a liar for a son.
He fooled many with his good mannerisms but he is a classic manipulator. I’ll give his wife 2 years tops before she’s married again!!🤷🏾♀️
That’s going to be hard for her. She won’t be getting the cream of the crop of suitors especially with having the child.
I hope she will pour all of her energy into her son he needs her the most!🙏
She’s going to make money and write a book.
You think it’s going to take her that long? She is not smart first off she got married to a guy who was accused of killing both his parents and then she actually got pregnant for him. Most women would have waited to see the outcome first.
She’ll move on pretty soon most white women do he’s idiot for marrying her
I believe they finally convicted the right person..
His 911 call was calculated and planned -when he said "i heard 2 gunshots from my parents room"..he knew the murder location already!!
He just created a new generational curse on his blood line smh
Aj emotionally manipulating his entire family and wife into believing this fantasy that he was innocent is horrible he basically set up his entire family for heartbreak knowing that they were going to find him guilty but kept the lie anyway just awful an awful human being
The grandparents new if he won his case they would have some of his money because of their big insurance they had
THIS CHILD WAS GIVEN EVERYTHING!!!!..HE HAD POTENTIAL!!!...WHAT IS WRONG 😞😞 WITH HIM!!!!
I truly did not want to make any judgement calls about this case... but after listening to some of the evidence...I say to all...a good mother knows her child 🙏... read the emails between him and his mom...
Wow‼️..Can’t believe this case is finally over. The 911 call & The alarm didn’t go off and no one was seen leaving the scene. He has such a innocent face & I was hoping he wasn’t guilty. But, the evidence points to him. I thought maybe it was possible the older brother was guilty. I’m torn a little bit but, 2 innocent people died and i’m glad justice is now served.
Why you wanna blame the older brother who's obviously hurting from all of this, and he has an alibi?
@@ieshjust16 I’m not blaming his brother!! let’s be honest this was the 3rd trial so it was obviously some reasonable doubt in people’s minds. & 10% of me felt he was innocent & his brother MAY have!! & 90% I new he was guilty because of the evidence!
@@OnlyOneNetra_50Just cause his brother was on drugs? In the very first trail i knew aj was guilty simply because of 3 major thanks that didn’t make basic sense 1. the note left 2. seen a masked man but alarm didn’t go off 3. alarm didn’t go off
All y’all have to do is look at his eyes 👀 he is guilty asf it’s no hiding those eyes
❤❤❤❤Honor your Parents.
I hope the Appellant courts uphold the sentence & conviction. I hope he loses all his appeals and the family move on. Josh, I'd get away from all those Monsters who tried to accuse you to save this Narcissist.
His own mother and father 😢 wow , he remembered that for the rest of his killer life 😢
It should not take 3 trials to convict someone ! I’m not saying if he did it or not ! I simply don’t know ! It’s some reasonably doubt ! So I’m not sure ! Maybe he did maybe he didn’t ! I’m not sticking up for him or trying to fight for his innocence or guilt ! But 3 trials to get a guilty verdict??? What if the person ran out of funds to obtain a good lawyer by the third trial ? I have so many questions wow
It’s not always easy getting logical jurors with critical thinking skills. Capital murder goes until a verdict. He was never acquitted. The evidence was stacked against him. The two previous juries were a joke really.
It’s not a 3 trials to get a guilty verdict. It’s three trials because there were hung juries and because they have a right to get justice for the victims.
@@chanyoung3725 but did they get justice? His uncle said that their was two people who his dad was work associate with or something like that who came up dead, and that his dads office was broken into and only his computer was broken into but the district attorney wouldn’t let them give the jurors that information. So this case has more stuff that we the public didn’t hear.
Of course it looks like AJ but is it really him. A lot of people have mixed feelings about the verdict and I am one of them. I believe he did it but hearing stuff about the case from his family that were not give by the district attorney I am wondering. And this is not about the brother Josh it’s about his Antonio’s Sr business dealings and what he was into. Please let us not close our eyes to truth because what if he didn’t do it. Sounds like he had problems yes but did someone use that to commit the perfect crime.
Then now that would not be fair for AJ, I don’t know him other than the news but I would hate to think that he got 40 years because he was convicted at the scene before even being fairly tried. That’s all. We must be fair yes we do not want dangerous criminals getting away but why did the district attorney not reveal all the evidence that they had???
I agree, there is no way it should have taken three trials just to get a conviction. Something is not right here
@@LMSH530 I agree. A Hung jury should be the end of it. They shouldn't get 3 times
Justice has been served. God exposes everything in due season.
I have a few questions..Did his dad not check his drawer where the gun was each night? Did he creep into their room to get the gun while they were sleeping and if so they didn’t hear him? If not he had to have gotten it sometime that day.
That's what I said. When did he get the gun
Ìf he didn't . I believe he knows who did
Who would check their drawer EVERY night?
My deepest condolence if you don't get along with your family just move away it is that simple.
If AJ didn't do it, then who did? It was either him or the sister
I wonder if his parents seen signs...16 yrs old?!! He clearly had issues...this is sooo sad, seriously
God bless each of you that was on the jury. Who would convict someone with no evidence.
I am confused at all the indignation. Does not the evidence clearly point to him? 🤔
When am stuck I remember this sad and insane shocking story. Imagine killing your own parents 😢and blaming your older brother 😢 but good that finally justice was served
The doctor that took the stand did say that Josh said he know who killed his parents but he didn't give no name
Ajs mom was fighting tooth and nail from the grave! For them to know the son,Aj did this! Not poor Josh!
Yes GUILTY‼ Throw his wife in there with him. She probably convinced him to do it.
@@Notsocietybeauty yup! I knew he had a yt girl too.
💯
@@Notsocietybeautyexactly. I thought the same thing. He wasn’t allowed to sneak out and go see her. You know these black boys and men will risk it all for a yt girl. She probably manipulated him to do it so they could be together. Smh. All he had to do was obey his parents and move out at age 18.
Seems like their (the media is already for the defendent and not the victims
Did this boy kill his parents? If yes, he MUST do his time. What is wrong with these people?
😊justice ⚖
True prayer is a way of life, not just for use in cases of emergency. Make it a habit, and when the need arises you will be in practice

Very heinous Very sad.
The first time i watched this case i knew he was guilty he hated his mum.....and for the grandparents hypocrites 😮
Besides the jury, what was different in this trial?
Any word on his brother?
