I think its missing here but the video camera makes backsplashes hard to see if they are the same color as the walls. And that should be a standard item, too. Great house.

I believe at $325K, all the fees (closing costs,etc., should be paid by the seller, depending on how bad they want to sell.
who is the builder of this home and what are the dimensions of the bedrooms?

Hi Alexis does this builder currently have more models at this time? Or similar builders? Although my husband and I would prefer builders with a foyer
The builder actually completed one which one of my clients is under contract with. Same floor plan, doesn’t have a foyer.
Don’t like the built in closets in the 2 other rooms. Looks like they forgot about the closets and looks like an afterthought.
Its definitely different
I personally would have to get window treatments for the clear doors in the rear of the home.

Honestly I don't like the design I think the footage could have been used better, another thing those closets for me where a turn off. I have a suggestion: perhaps in your new videos you can give a ball park figure of the monthly payment with the different down payment ? thank you
