Google Colab with a screen reader as a blind developer: Accessible?

Last week we looked into Jupyter Notebooks. This week, we're looking into Google's spin on the same concept. Particularly for lower-spec machines this can be a cheap alternative to running models in the cloud without being constrained by not having that many computing resources. Therefore: No lab? try Colab! :)
