Is this CS6 or CC? I have no refine edge tool in my CC, only 'Select and Mask' . That is how I used to do it but can't find the same options in CC.

JADE Hold down the shift key and click the new tool, you'll get the refund edge tool back.

Love the way you choose a background colour then change it to a brighter one cos the crappy selection shows too much on the darker one.... I'll tell my editor that everything has to go on a yellow background ;)

In newer versions you can get the legacy "refine edge" tool by holding shift when you click select and mask.
