I watched this video earlier today but I wanted to gather my thoughts.
I’d respect Christine more had she simply divorced her husband and left. I’d even look past the infidelity. It’s the fact that she stole not just from her husband but she robbed her daughter of a future she had been dreaming of. It’s the fact that she’s not remorseful of her actions. It’s the fact that she dragged another person into her web of lies. Being a military wife is a huge sacrifice and not for the faint of heart. I can understand that she felt like she was losing herself but that doesn’t give you the right to be a piece of 💩 mother and wife. Lol she is up there on my list of sims I can’t stand 😂😂😂.
I hope this family can get the help they need. This was such a good episode Savy. I could tell that you are excited to share this story. It also seems that you are familiar with the military. My husband was in the Marines when we met ( not active duty) he’s now no longer in it. While he was not active duty the times he had to do annual training was rough. I’m not sure I could have handled him being deployed. Let alone having to constantly move around. The country or off to another country entirely.

I love this LP so much! Uh... yes, please bring on Ep 2 girl! haha Juni and her dad deserve the world. I can honestly see Christine wanting him back after awhile, especially when she sees them doing GREAT and moving up in life! I see the dad getting his ish together, going to counseling, getting fit, and moving up in his career (making more money!) and maybe even becoming a hero for the town of Strangerville if he beats the mother plant! He gets a huge bonus payment from the mayor of Strangerville, puts Juni through school and maybe even buying a vacation rental they could go to relax and travel outside of his work. I see so much potential!

Christine is the perfect villain, I can see her lying to Jaden about her age too smh this is already so messy and Im here for it. Nic is really handsome and you did an amazing hob showing how much he's suffering. Cant wait for the next episode!

This story is so spot on in the military! (was in the Army for 9 years and I have seen it all!) Cheating spouses (on both sides), spouses leaving with the money and all that.. yeah, so true! Eventually his chain of command would make him get help if he keeps down this road, I feel so bad for Nick and Juni. Christine is the worst!
I have never played Strangerville, I was just not into the story aspect but I may have to give it a chance.

For myself was thinking about slow life, cozy & chill story (with regular jobs and simple, a bit rugged house) and this perfectly hits the spot vibe vise. This was AMAZING!!! Sat here and watched it with my Sunday morning coffee and you immediately inspired me to want to open my game and play. I love love love love love Juni’s character design - she may be my favorite of your sims!! ❤️ I feel so bad for Nick but I love that you are going raw and real with this storyline. Usually I do have a soft spot for the “bad” sims and root for them to have a redemption arc, but not in Christine’s case haha I officially hate her! I also really do love that you are playing in strangerville - it’s one of my favorite worlds and honestly I think it’s such a great pack. Also...I think its so crazyb how the mom took all the money including her daughters college fund and spent it on Lipo and a boob job. She already is living in a mansion with a new car. to remove the bug: either use the listening device from build mode by "listening" (the bugs are one-time-use) or a mod like Twisted Mexi All Cheats to use "sims.remove_all_buffs" from what I found in a quick search online. hope this works. @@savythatsimmer

The blinking on the sims means they’re bugged with a Strangerville spy bug. If your sim places the bug you can listen in on them with the listening machine.

I just realized I may not have been clear lol there’s a feature of strangerville where you can bug other sims and listen to their conversations, that’s what the light is. Not that the sim is buggy lol sorry!

The flashing thing on the other sim is a bug. Someone placed a spy bug on her to listen in on her conversation.

The glowing light is a bug/wire tap on the woman (it’s apart of the stranger ville plot) you can spy on people buy bugging them and listening in on them with the radio station I think??

Hey!! omg welcome to the community! 💗🥰 Very exciting being newish. There's so much for you to discover. I have several vids on cc I recommend. I should probably do some CAS favs in the future if you'd like. But the "overlay" you're seeing is called Gshade. It adds lighting elements, and allows us to change colors/ etc to the game. I actually make them. I make my own presets! I release them too on my patreon. :) I use a mixture but usually two. In this video I am using my preset called Easy on the eyes and another one that is my personal rn that i haven't released yet, not sure If I'm to since it's very personal for the current lp.
