This is such a neat idea! It's so nice how the Mecha is protective and wants to help. I really enjoyed the robotic voice and in it I could tell that there is a lot of care for the listener. It's also great how you added the background noises to help us strengthen our image of the surrounding and the dilemma the listener is facing! :)

I have a very similar prompt to this.
Only the robot's AI has very little regard for the pilot's safety, and the robot was built to keep the pilot trapped inside its cockpit indefinitely. The pilot spends possibly years inside the cockpit being berated, degraded, and dehumanized by an AI that only cares about winning the war.
The AI only develops empathy, sympathy, and other emotions too late, winning the war, but the pilot is comatose or dead.

Ooh, I’ve considered performing it as well, though it’s a little intense so I’ve been hesitant to do so. It sounds very similar since the speaker has a steady voice, except for the final lines where they realize what they’ve done.
