Great video, wonderful food. I honestly can't understand why you don't get a lot more views. I always enjoy your videos and the inspiration for great food
The satisfied feeling I get watching this is unbelievable! Definitely south Louisiana regular folks approved! The taste test does it all! Another great recipe! You sure have been so productive. Thanks for sharing with us and blessings to you! Have to admit I never cooked scallops and now I’m wondering why?
Oh, you are missing out ! They are one of my favorites ........... especially bacon wrapped for an appetizer with just a touch of some kind of pan sauce, few chives and an Emeril Lagasse "bam" of ole bay or Cajun seasoning. GW Fins in the French Quarter has some the best. All their seafood is just over the top delish.
I went to some sort of chef event many years ago in New Orleans and had a chance to ask Emeril Lagasse if I could take a picture and he said yes, I stood on the side of him my friend took the picture I don’t even know where my picture is! It’s amongst my piles of photos! Lol, need to find it! Wanted to share that info don’t know why!
I met him once at Meril restaurant. Was eating there for dinner and he strolled around chit chatting with everyone. Very nice guy. His son EJ is the head chef at Emerils now.
Excellent!French all the way! Rock On!

You made that look very doable for me, as usual. Great job man!
Easy Peasy. The lemon is the hardest part to deal with.
