Ctrl + e in sampler channel to open edison -> then rmb to sample of 808 and click detect pitch regions - here's how you can find pitch without any other plugins

what should i do if edison detects more than one note? should i pick the last one?

@@noteng_onombremore likely the first note as long as the second note ends up in key. it depends. It is probably an 808 sub drop if it has two notes in edison

@@noteng_onombrewhichever note has the longest duration (usually the first note)

Right click the sample in the sampler window and detect pitch and it does it automatically in newtone

One thing to note too is that you should have the time stretching mode to stretch on the sampler. This is because otherwise the sample length will either be longer or shorter depending on what notes you play.

Before i started using fl studio it was so annoying why would they make the 808 samples out of tune? I mean everybody uses it in piano roll anyway

u can also right click and open in pitch corrector

I use Edison and pitch finder then do the last step.

Right clicc the sample open in Edison right clicc again go to detect pitch regions there u go

Wouldn’t this just fix it for the current project? In that regard I just set it to the correct note by ear and let ‘er rip
