Reason behind any channels stagnant growth is mainly two reasons:
1- Old subs lost interest and didn’t found anything new in the channel. (Lack of interest)
2- Old subs started watching some other channel due to there innovative way presentation etc. (Shift of Interest)
And im one of those :-)
That's why you gotta keep evolving and becoming more creative with time.
He seems to be running a business than actually concerned for the audience. I know that money is imp but his personality has changed alot since his first first appearance.

Try out Linus Tech Tips, unlike Guruji's single man army, LTT is a company and they properly review every gadget, OS, Mobile, Computer etc. They have high moral standards and literally roast every single manufacturer who wants reviews from them.

He was a good tech reviewer. Once he gained 1M subscribers he backstabbed Sharmaji Technical and Abhishek. From there on he became so proud that he started digging his own grave.

Many of you guys don't know that back in 2014-15 Sharma Ji Technical was one of the biggest Tech youtube channel... I saw it all, From collab with Sharma Ji Technical to sidelining him when our Guruji hit his career peak... I can literally count on my fingers the number of tech TH-camrs who are genuinely loyal to their audience and the content they make, And trust me Guruji is not one of them... Getting the phone out of a sealed box and showing how the camera and general functions of the phone work is not a tech review.

Truth spoken.. I have subscribed him in 2016 and was very much a fan of him but from 2018 onward i started noticing his hypocritical behaviour.. from 2020 onward I can't remember last time when his channel surfaced on my home screen... I am glad for that.

My first TH-cam channel subscription was Technical Guruji...I was very fan follower of him.I subscribed both the channel of him.
But after viewing other technical channel,the difference really come to daylight...His review is not a technical review...infact you can tell it Unboxing...Hindi me bole to,ghisa pita video... monotonous.
There is no specifications of the phone or gadgets he was reviewing... it's pros,cons...nothing. and when I viewed his Xiaomi phone breaking video, trying to defame a reputed and also revolutionary company which gave our Indian people lots of beautiful phone with good specs at very budget.
Before Xiaomi,other company like Samsung, Micromax or else just looted us...So we should be grateful to this company.Due to Indo-China conflict,you can't hate a company and make false video to give wrong message to your huge viewer so that they avoid chinese brand phone... Very true researches and points made in the video. TG and many tech channels which had a great growth in the JIO-wave are now stagnant because they aren't evolving their content.
- MKBHD and MrWhosetheboss are miles ahead in terms of knowledge and their content quality and are constantly evolving their content and style which many of our Big Tech Channels lack.
- Also many big tech channels are total sell out be it TechBurner, Techbar, TrackinTech and ofcourse Technical Guruji and audience are now smart to figure out which is paid content and which is not.
- The tech channels which I think are not totally biased or give strong opinions of their own are Beebom, Dhananjay Bhosele, Techwiser and Gyan Therapy.
- Lastly I would still appreciate TG for his consistency and his VLogs which are way better than this tech content.
He just paid promotion of smartphone brands & fake giveways, creepy thumbnails.
Unsubscribed him 3 years ago & whenever I see his video in my timeline I just click on "Not Interested".

The current best geniuine review makers on TH-cam are Beebom. Yes their review on products are mostly high range but they are slowly evolving to review on mid range products too

techwiser ,geeky ranjit ,C4etech, techburner and beebom are true gem....technical guruji were really good in begining phase, I used to follow him devotedly but not really for any smartphone review but for other videos like explaining technology and such related videos.

Me ek story batata hu, Mera Minecraft ka ek bada world accidentally delete ho gaya aur bohot dukhi me tha. Thoda sa hope rakhte hue maine TH-cam me 'how to retrieve deleted files" search Kiya. Aur list ke sabse top me technical guruji ka video chamak raha tha. Title me sirf "how to retrieve deleted files" likha hua tha, to Mai bohot khush hokar video dekha, ye ummeed Me ki mera world retrieve ho jayega. Aadha video dekhne ke baad woh bataya ki ek software hai, pehle se hi computer me installed honi chahiye sirf tabhi file retrieve ho sakta hai. Mujhe bada dhoke wala feeling aaya aur pura din dukhi me raha. Ek baat to clear hai ki guruji sabse bade clickbaiter hai aur mera wakt barbaad kar diya
