I have seen channels dying out just because they couldn't smarty change their niche or couldn't cater the audience they already have. Applause to Ranveer for smartly doing it. Also I think a lot of the smartness regarding business and his confidence comes from his family background. Indian TH-cam scene is filled with mostly middle class TH-camrs who started it as a hobby, it was not in the case of Ranveer. He from the very beginning knew and understood the business well and was everready with his next move.
