Thank you SO much for 4k subscribers!! I appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for following along my journey. Your support truly means the world to me. 🤍
I used to have pretty horrendous anxiety like what you described here, catastrophizing, jumping to the worst-case scenario and getting stuck there. Practically, it's difficult to overcome, but once I learned unconditional self-trust, I finally got a handle on it. Just knowing that whatever happens, you can rely on yourself to handle it gracefully, that you will always be okay, is the most powerful antidote. Sort of strips the fear away. Also really getting a handle on the futility of pre-grieving. No amount of preparing for the worst will make the direct experience of it any less devastating. May as well just assume everything is great unless proven otherwise. I'm glad you're finding support in your spiritual practice.
This is so insightful!!! And such good advice. I definitely am working on training my brain to think that way. I’m so proud of how far you’ve come! You inspire me🤍
Just discovered your channel and LOOOVE IT! i relate a lot due to work-life balance, working 9-5, while still trying not to lose myself and prioritize meaningful things. Keep it up ❤
Omg welcome!!! I’m so glad you’re here and thank you for leaving such a sweet comment. It means the world💗 it’s always nice knowing other people can relate to what we’re going through🫶🏼
I have recently went from working in office 9 to 5 to remote working permanently due to office closure. I thought id love it, which part of me does but the other i really miss the people i work with, seeing them as often as i did and the mundane, grabbing a coffee, saying hi to co workers who walk by. Its harder on teams to strike up a convo when ur all busy 😅 we hope to meet up outside of work but its not been arranged yet. We vacated the office mid December. So whilst i enjoy WFH, the downfalls is not taking enough breaks (less steps) and more isolation. Otherwise i do enjoy it :)
People with remote jobs are soo lucky! I also have to go into the office too and once Thursday rolls around my team is exhausted. I like the white curtains btw!
Ugh I feel that!!! Also I really liked the white curtains too but they weren’t the correct width that we needed (and they dont sell that one in the width we need) so we ended up going with the gray😅 might still switch it out, we’ll see!
Omg me too!! I’m still trying to figure out what shirts I can wear with it, fashion & styling outfits is definitely not my strong suit but something I’m working on!!🫶🏼🫶🏼 Thanks so much for watching🥰
Hey Rebekah, you should definitely try niacinamide based serum under your brightening cream. It would work slow but surely help fading the acne marks. Also, try retinol based serum at night and do not use any other active ingredient with it such as vitamin c, aha-bha. I think serums really help in acne marks and scarring.
I’ve been working from home for a whole year, I like it but cannot promote as fast, so Monday I start going office again since I got a promotion. To say I’m scared to go back uufffff 😭😭
the intro is almost 1:30 and to be better you can tell a story that happened to you in the last week while you do your makeup. (it will be much more better to catch the attention of the viewers). thumbs up 👍✌️
Thank you!! That is definitely really good advice and I appreciate it. I did notice the intro was a bit long without me talking ahah I will work on that. Thanks again!!
I told you this bc the actual intro was really good 10seconds and im like wait its still going till 1:30 without talking over the b-roll. Keep up the good work❤ @rebekahjoy
