The God commercial reminds me of something that happened when I was in six grade my friend came up to me and told me she was dating someone and I said I don’t care then she told me she was dating a girl I met her through a church I gave her unconditional support and told her that I’d be her friend no matter who she dated and I didn’t even know what gay was she talk to an adult who she trusted who happened to be a lady of God and this woman in her 20s told her how wrong it was even though the Bible says God will love you no matter what

@@duck9899 Yes, but the only mention of homosexuality in the Bible is "A man shall not lay with a man as they lay with a woman", which is actually a mistranslation (whether it was some bigot who did it on purpose or simply a mistake) and it's supposed to be "A man shall not lay with a boy as they lay with a woman." So initially it referred to pedophilia, which is a whole other matter. Considering this, there is nothing in the Bible that speaks about homosexuality at all.
