I'm doing the exact same thing. Made it to nearly 20k CC in just 3 days (they are SURPRISINGLY generous at the start). Whatever opens up the 6th Anni will be my main team, tho I'm hoping it's Battle of Gods for both a Movie Saga team and a God Ki team.
Depends on the account. If you have good units and any story CC or long-term CC grinds left to do, might be worth keeping your account because a new account will lack any good zenkai and bench units. You will be able to get a lot of new account CC and new units but you won't have much else for a while
