Doesn’t combo long enough to get his gauge, doesn’t tank enough to be able to stay on the field to fill the gauge, and is fodder without his gauge

Yes only because when ssi4 Gogeta dropped the devs knew he was to underwhelming so they released ssj4 gogeta unique equipment I believe within 2 weeks of him being out
