    As Ranjit mentioned the biggest competition of S21 FE is its own S20FE with 13k less. With this price gap it makes complete sense to buy cheaper S20 FE.

    Ex2100 has improved over the period of time with software updates and one ui interations. I am using S21 ultra as my primary device with 1 Sim of airtel, battery life usually hovers from 5.5 hrs to 6 hrs of SOT with 1 full day (24 hrs) usage. Now with one ui 4.0 I am limiting the charge to 85 percent and that is my SOT. Usually I charge it when battery reaches 25 to 30 percent. That's a decent battery backup in my opinion for flagship processor. When I go for family outing, phone gets charged to 100 percent with 5 to 6 hrs of GPS and maps and it lives till end of the day. So I can confirm that ex2100 is much better than 990 in terms of battery life atleast amd even the heating problem is not there as well.

    • @arpan9985
      @arpan9985 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@typhoon_8086 I don't play in mobile. It's mostly used for Outlook, slack, webex, zoom and OTT platforms. So I really don't care about gaming performance. For me battery back up, minimum to no crashes of app, and a good camera suffice. Which ex990 lacked in terms of battery back up even having 4500Mh brick. That got resolved in ex2100. Bcoz of my job which involves travel and always stay connected, battery backup is most important part along with social posting of company pics. So I guess people like me will definitely get satisfied.

    Upgraded from OnePlus 6t to s21 fe, pretty happy with the purchase! Battery life could have been better, but other basics are just done right! Awesome screen, ip68 rating, stereo speakers, weight management is great, in-hand feel is awesome (6.4 screen size is a sweet spot), gorilla glass victus, Android 12 out of the box, clean UI, wireless charging, 5G ready, awesome camera and great processor (no heating issue on daily usage and light gaming (bgmi))

But my s7 edge which is the 1st Samsung Flagship i got didn't get any of these battery issues.
      Do I miss the faster charging of OnePlus? YES! But anyway with 25w charger the phone gets to roughly 50% in about 30mins. So I don't complain.
      And my 5T went out of commission like the FP didn't work, some of the native apps (Messaging, Gallery, etc) randomly stopped working and in playstore it said "THIS APP IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR THIS DEVICE" which is crazy.

    I bought the Samsung M51 in 2020 October . . the display stopped working in Nov 2021 (1 month after the end of warranty period). A new display costs ~8k and comes with just 90 days warranty. Their mid range phones are really not worth it. They charge a premium for the brand name and but they are definitely cutting corners in quality

    This year Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is also made by Samsung on it's architecture so it has throttling issues and overheating too so either you get Exynos or snapdragon both are not a good deal. Snapdragon 870 was a really good processor compared to 888 and even 8 gen 1 in terms of throttling and overheating

      *I hate SAMSUNG now 😭*
      Have been only using Samsung phones and and currently own *S20+* . BUT the processor Exynos is a *BIG WASTE* it performs very bad and heats up and SOT is too low 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️ and for the same price they sell *Snapdragon* in US , that is very *unjust* 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🤦🏻‍♂️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🤦🏻‍♂️🙆‍♀️ I'm suffering now😭🤯🥵👿
      Only If Samsung changes this bad policy, I will buy their phones.
      I wasted 🗑 my whole life only buying Samsung phones 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🤦🏻‍♂️ and they start lagging after 6 months
      If they start giving good *processors* then only I will buy their next flagship (S22 ultra) 🏳... else, I will STOP buying *Samsung* and I'm sad about that 😭 and now when I hear that *8Gen1* 's architecture is done by Samsung.. I am dying thinking about it
      Also ( at the same time my cousin bought *Oneplus 8Pro* ) when I bought s20+ and that is a beast ( it doesn't lag at all while playing codm.. it doesn't heat up.. it has way better battery backup )
      Anyway, nowadays ONEPLUS is also bad due to the colour OS .. (the time of Oxygen OS is gone )
      *PRO's*
      *========*
      Updates.. this is best thing as of now for Samsung.. *5 years* of s/w updates 👌🏻

    I have been using S21 FE for the last 2 weeks and I feel that samsung has improved One UI a lot. One UI has smooth and fast animations, no bugs as compared to Oxygen OS 12 (which is an abomination created by Oneplus and Oppo no doubt). There are minor stutters in the UI but that's okay if compared to the messy Oxygen OS 12. Also, the processor is doing a great job from handling day to day tasks without any issue. Yeah, one thing that concerns me is the plastic back. I also have a OnePlus 9R which has the glass back and it feels a lot more premium than plastic back. But that's okay if samsung is using plastic back because it actually helped to reduce the phone weight and also the device does not heat (excluding heavy gaming). The weight of samsung is much lighter than my OnePlus 9R and I am able to use the device longer. Battery backup is good but not awesome and also samsung could have gone for at least 60 watts charger instead of 25 watts. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to charge S21 FE while on the other hand the OnePlus 9R gets charged quickly in less than 30 minutes.

    I upgraded from Huawei P20 lite to Samsung S20 FE 5G last week after four years of Huawei. I was kinda worried that S21FE is also out and I should invest in the newer variant. But after 2 days of usage I just fell in love with S20 FE 5G. I don't regret buying this mobile. Now I hope it lasts me at least 7-8 years before I think about upgrading.
