This is strained yogurt! In many middle eastern countries it's called Labneh and is treated very similarly to a cheese spread. Most often it's made with Greek yogurt and strained in a yogurt strainer or cheese cloth. It's very very yummy savory or sweet! I love adding za'atar and olive oil to mine.

Do you freeze it? Or does it harden in the fridge?
@@redcandi01 it firms up becuse the yogurt strainer pushes the moisture out, the longer you leave it in the strainer the more firm it will be! I've never tried freezing it though

its dehydrated yogurt! it can be made with a special kind of strainer that strains all the water out of regular yogurt, which is how it gets that texture

I have a question for any of you who knows the answer, is the yogurt color becayse you used food coloring or is it because you took juice from fruits and put it in there (because I want to make a my own and I don’t know how to make it look like that)
Its a guess, but I think the owner used a fruit powder or tea powder to acquire the color of his/her yogurt in this video.
You can use an oil based food coloring but make sure to add it before you strained the yogurt.

take yogurt and strain with a super clean cotton cloth and let the whey drop overnight in the normal fridge and then after then freeze like you’d do for ice cream

You could buy a yogurt strainer or cheese cloth to make this but I used paper towels. Here's how I did it!
Materials:
Bowl
Ramekin
Greek yogurt (any brand)
Paper towels
Step 1: Grab 2 paper towels, fold them and put them into your bowl. This will be used to catch the water that comes out.
Step 2: Line your bowl twice with paper towels on top of the ones you put on the bottom. Then scoop as much yogurt as you want into the paper towel.
Step 3: Fold the parts of the paper towel hanging out on top of the yogurt and place your ramekin on top.
Step 4: Place back into the refrigerator for a day or two checking to see how much water has been absorbed from the yogurt.
Step 5: When you reach the desired consistency of your yogurt enjoy!
Tips:
* Once your paper towels are waterlogged, make sure to change the paper towels you use to wrap the yogurt and the ones you placed at the bottom. As well as dumping out any excess yogurt water. This will help prevent mold from growing and will speed up the straining process.
* The less yogurt you use the less time it will take to strain! Please note that once you strain your yogurt there will be less of it since there is less water in the yogurt.
* This is only a temporary solution. A less wasteful option would be to buy a cheese cloth or a yogurt strainer!
