Excellent and fantastic video. God bless you. This lightweight and simple professional DIY Air-crete cannon gun will save me a lot of money. Also, I will be using it with a low-cost Car-wash liquid soap solution with 1:100 gallon dilution for my CLC block making pilot project in Africa. Thank you a million and have a great new year celebration. VG
This is the best build I've seen, thank you. I will have to get the pump you used, I bought a cheap one, and the air pressure just pushes the water back
Nice, concise and straight foreword. I appreciate your efforts. Will build one like it tomorrow, been working on a foam generator for a couple of days now but this looks a lot easier.
Excellent job! I will be using this set up. Thank you so much for creating this design. So simple, but it just comes easier to some than others. Keep up the good work
Well, I tried this. I thank you for your work and the video. However, it leaks. My water hose keeps springing leaks right on the 1/4 inch hose bar. The PTFE tape works on the screw connection. However, the end of the pvc pipe nearest the gun is leaking as well. I am wondering if maybe I packed too much stainless steel (Scotch Brite) in the chamber. Oh and the pump motor itself is leaking on the top of the lid as well. I may have to buy a Little Dragon.
Just wondering, what is the benefit of this terminating into a thinner pipe? Couldn't the gun barrel simply end at the end of the 1" pipe? The wire will stop the stainless steel wool coming out so why is the thinner pipe necessary on the end? Thanks
Sorry if I missed it in the video - did you cut the existing power line from the pump and replace it with your own? The one you linked on amazon has the car charger connection. Could I substitute with a different power supply that I can plug in to that adapter? Thanks!
I used a motorcycle battery. You can plug it in your car or cut and connect to a battery. You will need a powerful 12V power supply if you want to connect directly to one.
I don't know how to share Amazon links in comments. However, I ordered a blower fan with an adjustable power supply for $19. It looks like it will plug into the pump instead of using the car plug. I also ordered the pump kit from this video. Both units are supposed to arrive tomorrow May 13th.2024. The blower fan is for an upcoming waste oil furnace build. I will report back as to whether or not the power supplies are interchangeable. It's a 6000 rpm blower fan if anyone is interested in looking it up.
The power supply from the blower fan works awesome. The pump and sprayer work well out of the box. I don't have the paint sprayer and PVC yet. I'm going to try and get to harbor freight and home Depot tomorrow.
Would this be the same thing as using a pressure washing hooked to a bucket of soap solution? We have a good brand high pressure washer I bought for my husband to wash his semi work truck. I have seen him using the soap solution and spray it on his truck. It's the same thing, right? Thanks.
@@ItaiLeshniak Thanks for your reply. I have watched many of them. What mix ratios did you use for air crete? How high can it be formed before collapsing? Thanks.
You keep referencing the other video, the 1st video. if the purpose is to get more clicks and subscribers, maybe you should tell us all what all you're doing in this video rather than have us go find another one

Best foam generator I've seen!
I agree. It's a really clean design. I love it.
I must thank you so much for making this video. You explained this so much better than
any other sight I have visited. I thank you my friend.

This is genius. Thank you. I am also going to experiment using an airlift connected to a compressor with no water pump.
Excellent video obeyed the 3-S rule Short, Sweet & Succinct
Starting to have clearer ideas and insight for my insulating panels. Congratulations for your efforts and putting across the principles.
I'm trying to invent my own also but extremely thicker walls. I'm trying everything imaginable
Fantastic, thanks for sharing!

I can only say, thanks a million!!!!! great video!!!
Thank you that’s so helpful
O MELHOR QUE JA VI

Adding a bit of glycerine would make the foam more stable.
Well, I was thinking of how glycerine makes bubbles last longer, but I see it is also used for anti foaming, so I guess I am wrong.
@@abxchange No, you are correct.
Very nice, thank you
Very good job on this
Seems like the sprayer will suck up the soapy water without the pump.
How much water is mixed with the soap?
The sprayer will not suck up the soapy water without the pump, there is too much back pressure. Sorry I do not remember the water - soap ratio.
Thanks! Very good !
How much cement for a bucket of foam?
7th generation soap has glycerin 1oz soap to 16 oz water
Good idea, I prove it, thanks
Awesome! Thank you.
THANK YOU SIR -- I AM YOUR NEW FAN AND SUB --- BEST WISHES
Great build. Will definitely follow. A question. Why a 12v pump and not a simple 110v fountain pump?
You can use a 115V pump but not a fountain pump it simply won't have the needed pressure. The pump's pressure needs to overcome the compressor.
@@ItaiLeshniak thank you. I'll look at the pump you used for specs. Looking forward to a summer of foam.
Did you try adding glycerin to the mix and comparing the foam life expectancy?
I didn't do a comparison.

I don't think it will work. It needs air in the mix. But try and if it does let me know.
Well done
can one use a Submersible water Pump instead? If yes, what type or model would be best? Thanks.
No. It does not have the required pressure.
@@ItaiLeshniak thanks
Thanks
Hello. What specifications that compresor has? I am going to buy one, but I ignore those machines at all
