Even the old shitty houses are asking $300-400K. These same houses can be had in other parts of Georgia (Augusta) for $6K. Lol
With the rise in crime there, I'm surprise that locals are buying homes at high rates there. Those Californians are in for a surprise there, lol.
That's one of the reasons why so many people are fleeing back to the burbs...
