They basically remix their own old songs into new ones, with real seiyuu's giving their voices into the animated singers (the game is basically a music game with VN elements). This song is called "Next life" and it's sung by a character called Hibiki. 😊
I played this song during an intense race and it got insane when there are drivers getting wrecked while being chased by cops. In other words, this song goes with any scenario.
This song slaps so hard, i always chose this stage when labbing combos. Especially at 0:53 it just really feels like the music synchronizes with the feeling of being persistent in unlocking new technology and discovering a higher damaging combo, better juggles, and newer uses for moves you felt were useless.
