Great summary. I was forever cursing the crazy on throttle understeer and lift off oversteer, especially on road cars (it's easy to wheelie a LaFerrari on stick tires it's insane). Stiff anti roll bars made the biggest change to my laps, but will try soften off on the rebound and such which I've also bee running high

You wont believe the rediculously stiff setup i have on my porsche's but they are solid as fuck now i can actually race them now and be really fast with them

I went from 0.2 to 0.4 negative toe on front wheels on the ferrari F40 and improved almost 2 seconds, on nurburgrirng gp, that car is a pain in the ass

I have ran max camber rear and half max camber front with same for toe out/in and run max stiffness on sus., for my ae86's and it makes them drive like rocks on wheels lol
For some reason I figured that's what racecars do xD

Best brake balance is usually -2 just about all RWD this is usually the better setting. FF is front also but tires will pay for that choice. AWD -2 or -3 RR +2 or +3 which will stabilize it under braking. Differential I go with 60 that is for late braking. All this is for controller, wheels good luck
why the setting sheet is locked for some cars such as Audi R8 Evo when playing arcade race resulted in gear ratio can't be adjusted?

could be nice if racing tuner can add things like what happened if car ride high is lower in front then rear and having higher dampers in front then read ext ext effect the car and car handling

Exactly what I needed
Still having issues with my NSX Type-R, mid corner my back end does this weird slide, as if it understeers and oversteers at the same time, same issue with the newer NSX aswell
Reset to default setup and learn the characteristics of the car, then make slight changes
@@UltraViolet_Moses Have been driving and tweaking for hours, maybe it’s the fact they’re mid engined?

@@UltraViolet_Moses Running stock power, was running racing hards on front and rear, put some mediums on the rear and it’s a bit better now
@@UltraViolet_Moses The problem about the MRs is that, unless youyvery careful with setup and driving, they will very unpredictably spin out on hard braking into a corner.
On any run down a hill into a sharp corner it's like playing Russian roulette. I love the thrill and maneuverability of MRs, but there are some corners and tracks where they're just almost impractical to use. The worst of them are the Lotus Esprits, which although are capable of huge power, are badly lacking in grip and stability. It's a real dilemma as I really love MRs.
I'm still struggling with the 17 NSX with cornering. It's like doesn't have grip..

Can somebody please for the love of fuck tell me how you lower a cars horse power!!?? i just bought this game and i feel like a toddler trying to learn another language and apparently i'm the only person on earth too stupid to figure this out cause there exist NO tutorial vids on this ANYWHERE, i've been googling for six hours now and can find NOTHING on the subject. PLEASE. any help would be appreciated cause i'm about to just delete this game off my ps4, if i had known you needed to be a certified fucking mechanic in REAL LIFE i wouldn't have bought this game.
You cannot lower horsepower in Gran Turismo Sport.
@@UltraViolet_Moses What are you talking about? it clearly said "lower the power" in order to use one of the cars i tried selecting, strangely enough when i selected the other car i didn't get that tuning screen and it went ahead to the race. i'm really confused right now.
@@fluttershystayshigh4202 lower the PI of your vehicle. Remove upgrades in your vehicle, not horsepower. Performance Index is what PI stands for. Use your basic brain functions before insulting me
@@UltraViolet_Moses yeah sorry about that, this game is really frustrating me but i think i'm finally starting to understand it a little better, the problem i was having was the car i selected wasn't at the right ratio and i thought tuning was required for every race, turns out its not, i'm sorry for sounding like an idiot, its my first time playing a GT game.
@@fluttershystayshigh4202 if I’m correct where you upgrade the car there’s a number below that says 100 that’s the stock hp so you click on it and moving it right raise the hp and moving it to the left lowers the hp for weight it’s the same thing but moving to the right adds more weight and vice versa
