Great stuff! Loved the American Twist instruction. I know people will say it is an obsolete serve but I think it could be a very useful second serve for most of us recreational players.
He would destroy any of the modern players that are pro. No one comes close into the extraordinary intellectual giant this man was. He used spin for PLACEMENT. He wrote about 20 books. Modern game only differs in the joint used for play, wrist over elbow. You need to have computer slow motion to see anything but, they know that the arm is indeed straight at contact. I’m so bummed about that. You can’t see the axis and hit angles with the precision they use to play with. Basically it’s cave man play compared to the unlimited axis of spin and counter spin he used. Like planets colliding during the Big Bang, our solar system was hit on the side by various things that make the ellipses that they are all now in to this day. Star Wars !
