Sparrow and it's connection with a Bhaklee (traditional house in Kumaon)

Bhaklee, traditional houses in Kumaon are still standing tall with their beautiful carvings and architecture amongst all the concrete structures which have covered towns like Pithoragarh. I was surprised to see a large number of sparrows chirping in the morning at my Nana’s house in Jakhni village (Pithoragarh). Sparrows are rarely seen elsewhere in bigger towns & so realized the farsightedness of our forefathers and their harmony with Mother Nature.
