Well I did wonder when you were wielding the axe, but one of the good things about watching your work is that you explain everything so well... mind you I have to translate some of it into English!😀

You are incredibly talented!!!
Thanks for the kind words! 👍
Having Dad around is invaluable. Good to see him ticking along. Adventures made from scratch has a two door hard top for sale. Even if you got it for parts. But looked in great condition . Don't know the price. Great engineering you doing. Thanks for the lesson. Have a good week both..Adiós.
Absolutely! Wouldn't have anyone else in my corner. Thanks for watching!!
loving it
Nick you and pop are great😊😊😊😊
I love the way you chop up the builds and turn them into masterpieces. Will this be a restomod?
Yes
Scarey work, Nick, but you seem to know what you are doing. I'm fascinated, but I am absolutely lost with where you are going. Take care, Joe❤
Trying to find a few minutes to sit down and get a sketch done, hopefully soon. Thanks for watching Joe!
Really enjoying this build. Hey, how about an hour show!
Utterly gobsmacked watching you 2 transform this old car into what I'm sure will be a show stopper! Any drawings to share with us. 👏👏👏👍

Thanks very much for the SUB!!

I watch many channels to see just how or which way they perform these builds and it makes me wonder just how many engineers it took to complete a whole car. Kyle Carter up in canada is quite close, and maybe even better on what his method is. It comes down to what he works on most tho. He works mostly on the what was called the advanced design chevy pickups/trucks of 48 to 53. He goes layer by layer and is also doing his own design on a pickup of that age. One thing for sure is that they could be made of tin foil if enough different shapes are put in one
Thanks for watching!
That 18 gauge is hard to work with how are you going to make the right door and center post? I guess I’ll just have to wait and see
We're keeping the original centre posts, just gonna put them on a diet.
I'm no expert but whenever I had to replace metal on the vehicles I had I always cut the the old metal out first then welded in fresh metal.
THAT is the right way! 👍👍
👍
👍👍😎👍👍
You need to get some vents in your workshop the smoke is terrible
Yeah it got thick. Had only 1 exhaust fan running at the time. Otherwise too hard to hear what I'm saying.
I totally dismantled more than one unibody car. Layers are not pretty to undo.
😮
It looks ugly at the moment but I'm sure you'll bring it around
Hope so
@@iNVisionPrototypes I'm sure you had a fairly good idea of what you wanted to achieve
I think it already looks a whole lot better. 😅 let's face it, it was kinda ugly to begin with. This thing is going to be cool when he's done.
Was the original panels just covered with new sheet in a previous repair?
Yup!
@@iNVisionPrototypes Bad! But could be worse, remember MTV promoted chicken wire and bondo😂
@@Equine_frederikkeTrue! 🤣
With all that you have cut out of it you might as well call it a scratch build !
I bet it weighs next to nothing.
Almost! Gotta be careful when we say 'scratch build'. We'll get those who think we also mined the minerals to create/roll our own sheet metal .. lol! Thanks for watching!!
