All my throw blankets are thrifted. I love them because they are so affordable, are unique and just need a wash. Nice to put pieces in your home that are different to what’s currently in the shops. I always look for neutral colours and natural fabrics such as wool, linen and cotton. That way they last the test of time and if i ever get sick of them I haven’t spent a fortune.

Since we don't have Home Goods in Alaska I'm always thrifting but I love shopping there while visiting family in the lower 48. I love the idea of using the toothbrush holder as a vase and the paper towel base as a candle tray! SOOOOO smart!
