1.Recite the last two Ayats of Surat Al-Baqarah (Chapter 2 - The Cow).
2.Recite Surat Al-Mulk (Chapter 67 - The Sovereignty) - for protection from the punishment of the grave.
3.Recite Surat Al-Kāfirūn (Chapter 109 - The Disbelievers).
4.Recite the last three Soorahs (Quls) of the Quran.
5.Recite Surat Al-‘Isrā’ (Chapter 17 - The Night Journey)
6.Recite Surat Az-Zumar (Chapter 39 - The Troops)

I would say it is due to someone who has used black magic to harm you. However, do these things: Step 1: Have medical help to find out if there is medical reason for your situation. If none found by doctors, then check for symptoms such as confusion in certain situations, and fear, etc. that you may be experiencing and that overwhelm you from time to time. Step 2: Refuse to allow fear to get to you. That is the fake effects if black magic most likely. Turn to God Almighty who is the Most Powerful and seek help from Him/ God/Allah Almighty, The Creator of the Worlds. Use prayers and all genuinely positive and spiritual means and good, trustworthy people to help you if you need them. Talk to people if you need to continue in your effort to remove all the negative things that you have been experiencing. Continue this until such time that you feel you are your normal/ usual self again. Never lose faith in yourself and in your Creator. May Allah Almighty help and guide you throughout your life. Ameen!

Twisted Sword sleep with wudhu. Recite Ayat Kursi 3x. Say Alhamdulillah (33 times) Subhanallah (33 times) Allahu Akbar (34 times). Face right side when sleeping. Recite Surah Ikhlas 3 times. Surah Falaq 3 times and Surah Nas 3 times. Listen to Qur’an before sleep. Also listen to/ recite Surah Mulk before sleeping.

Had an operation in my ankle, my parents passed away, please pray for me, doctor said bedrest for 3month, am so sad my brother trying to support me, but do slang me cos he is fed up
