اللَّهُمَّ غَارَتِ النُّجُومُ وَهَدَأَتِ الْعُيُونُ وَأَنْتَ حَيٌّ قَيُّومٌ * لَا تَأْخُذُكَ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ أَهْدِئْ لَيْلِي وَأَنِمْ عَيْنِي
"O Allah the stars have gone far away and the eyes are rested. You are Alive and Infinite, You do not slumber nor does sleep overtake You. Oh Alive and the Everlasting One, grant me rest tonight and let my eyes sleep (close).

I have problems sleeping due to my anxiety, I have social anxiety. I can never get peaceful sleep especially nights before school. But inshallah this will help me. All these problems I have make me turn to God even more. Alhamdillulah it has opened my eyes even more that I should not take life for granted. No matter what, God is here for all our problems😊

I have also same problems but I’ve understood that it’s trial for me. Sometimes it doesn’t bother and sometimes it’s really bad. But alhamdulillah. Sometimes Im ok
but when falling asleep I suddenly get nervous about falling asleep and can’t fall asleep. So wierd. We all have different trials. 🤷♀️

I wake up 4:30 in the morning to study and I sleep at 10:00 I have no sleep time and my health condition is not good please pray for me I have a sister in my mom's belly and inshallah she comes safely I take care ofy mom day and night I love my mom from heart to hands and eyes to face and may Allah give everyone a safe time during this quarintine
