There is no case# with dashes at the top of the summons (there wasn't on mine). The case number (called sequence# on the E-File site to make thing even more confusing) is a long series of letters and numbers and there are no dashes. It looks something like this 2024CC012345CCAXES. The first four digits are the year (2024). The case/sequence# in this example would be the six digits following CC (012345). Also, when you go to upload your document(s) they surprises you with the fact they use the special "PDF/A" format so you will have to convert your docs to that before uploading them. There are several free wesbites that will convert PDF files to PDF/A Ridiculous
