I filed appeal , paid my bond. I won my appeal trial , my case was dismissed. Now what happens? Do they have to start all over again? Do I get my bond back?

As a tenant of almost ten years, never being late on my rent or commiting a violation I am now in a cat and mouse struggle with my landlord. I was promised a kitchen sink when I signed the new lease. First they said in 06.05.2021 they would install it last summer when I resigned the lease 3 months early then she sent an email that it would be done in September 2021 when the new lease went into affect. Now it is December and no sink. They did this last year and blamed it on Covid. We also are in a battle over tenants, staff and visitors parking in my parking space, double parking and after I added cones them being moved and ran over. Also the landlord used my space for storage when they were putting in new washers and dryers making it impossible for me to use it. All of this after my telling them not too park in or block my space. Management told me they had problems with parking and sent out a letter, issued car stickers and said the lots would occasionally be patrolled(never have seen anyone) but like I told her none of it stops the violators. Especially when tenants know those are idle threats and management violates the parking also. Management said they cannot evict tenants over parking violations and if I don't like it I can move. She said she would ask the owners to allow me to leave with no penalty and 3 months later no response until we got into it again about someone running over my cones. She said the vandalism was understandable with the way I talk to people. I am disabled and unable to move so I feel I am being passive-aggressively harassed. Now she said I lied on her staff and that I must go. She said in an email I had 60 days to get out and would receive a notice. So I say this as a landlord owning a duplex in WV that when as a landlord you have no integrity and your word means nothing many of these issues start with the landlord.

I agree with you on this situation and I am now feeling betrayed because of my old landlord changing her claim in court to eviction instead of going to file documents to actually get me evicted. She took me to sue me for unpaid rent but I guess she saw she wasn't going to get anything so the judge allowed her to go back to the office and then come back for her case with me and that's when she wanted to talk to the judge alone and then I was aloud to go into the court room and found out that my landlord wanted to evict me all off a sudden and now that's on my record and now I can't get approved for anything because of that being on my record and the landlord didn't even file documents for that

@@latricewolfeanderson4270 that's strange as a judge is not suppose to speak with only one person alone I thought. Both should be present. Regardless if you were not paying the rent in a timely manner or violating the rules then you brought the problems on yourself. I say that as a past landlord myself. I simply decided not to fight it because I retired and moved to Ecuador. I was ready to leave anyway.

I be watching these videos I see if that was right are a wrong ruling and every video I watch the judge didn't suppose to allow that to happen unless the landlord file for the eviction for the case but some how I don't get to fight the case again because I know that the judgement is the judges ruling I can't go against that but my documentation says different on the landlords part as of when she went and filed after she received my court documents to sue for the apartment not being livable and not having the apartment remodeled like it stated for all the other apartments because they were new management. But even though I can't see to just let this be I'm still going to try to keep talking to someone who would read the judgements ruling and mine because I know that with that eviction on my record it making every apartment complex think that I was evicted but wasn't I filed for what i was filing for and had to leave in 14 days because the landlord wanting that was she spoke to the judge by her self and on my landlords documentation she had the right to take her property back with no payment from me. And I feel just because the case on my profile isn't correct but they don't care that's whats on there and they can't do anything about it. The judge doesn't even have my case on the system at all they're just put the landlord case on my profile only so yes I am having the most break down ever because even though I'm at a apartment complex who saw the red flags and got me into there apartment this is a drug infested neighborhood with gun shooting and etc. I had complained about excessive noise from over my apartment it so loud it makes me jump and become nervous because I'm not getting any sleep sometimes like I need to. And I have kids one with autism and the other one has ADHD I just felt going to Court to file for the equal housing law for individuals who are a low income family and the apartment was a low income property complex I went to receive my money that I wasn't to leave in that unit and the landlord new that apartment wasn't ready to move someone in she knew it had to past the inspection and the property code as to be at what it needs to be before renting the unit to a resident. I just feel even though I have to keep that eviction on my record for no reason and I didn't get the proper notice for being evicted I have to sit at a apartment complex where I don't feel safe at all and have to be alert at all times because I'm a single mother by myself with no support I'm just to scared to even complain about the noise anymore from over my apartment I jump because of the noise and I just keep thinking about the eviction on my report that if I even get to leave are the apartment burns down for no reason you know anything can happen and all I know is I can't look for nowhere else to go because of that it's everyday I wonder why that happened to me like that without acknowledging the wrong they did to me and my kids. I don't even want to be me anymore just being silence is all I know now because I don't have nowhere else to go to. My credit score and my rental history was excellent until I moved there I feel that they may have targeted me because I tried to move out there before but it was under another manager and another name that when I didn't move in the unit because the refrigerator had mold in it and roaches was coming in the backdoor. This is when the landlord who was a guy at that time the landlord would let you look at the unit before allowing you to take procession of the property but when I wanted to see if they replaced the refrigerator they didn't saw I didn't even move into the unit I wanted my money back because I told them that I had allergies I can't be around anything like mold and I have babies who I always wanted to be safe and out of danger but another person who was in the office said they were on break and they'll be back at this time so I came back and all of a sudden the lady who I guess was talking to him on the phone told her and that's when she gave me my prorated rent back of 175 but took my 500 for my security deposit and that's when they went under new management after asking for my security deposit back because I didn't even move anything in my unit i just keep 🤔 about that time it just seem that They new what they was doing and still took advantage of the system

We are appealing a 2nd eviction by the same landlord in a year. Judge dismissed first case because landlord lied and said we didnt pay our rent. (We did and could prove it.) Now- she is saying she terminated our lease but we paid our rent in the usual manner. During the first case- she contracted with us to provide a reference if we would move as soon as possible. 14months later- we are still waiting for that. Can the judge compel her to obey the verbal contract? Having a current reference is a crucial tool we need to move. There isnt a single property mngmnt company that will rent to us without it.

Hi. I had new property owners buy the mobile home lot my home sits on. Never did they issue notice or update any lease. I've lived there for 10yrs w my children b4 they took me to court to evict me. I owned the home but the previous land lease was in another tenants name. I was made aware that the previous office manager embezzled money & was fired but their records were not accurate when they took me (home owner) rather than their by records tenants 2 court. The judge granted them not only past due rent but he also granted them my home even tho I had paid on the 10th day. Idk what to do but I need help. My daughter & I are homeless for no reason. Lost the home she was raised in. Raised my 2 boys also & was the base for my home based business. Please help me I have so many questions. We shouldn't be homeless. I know people have fallen on hard times due to covid. I almost lost my car, was in my house w no lights or water but made sure I didn't have a reason 2 lose my home & I did. Living out my car w a 10 yr old is hard especially when u can't explain why u don't have a home. TIA

Hello I'm in Effingham County GA and I really need to find out if the laws in GA apply to the GA eviction law. I was illegally evicted and it came out the blue. I was issued the eviction notice and answered to it I had my court date less than 2 weeks later just went to court yesterday I was give 7 days to leave. I was not even heard. My landlord got to talk and I just cried and couldn't even collect myself and then it was over. I'm still in shock please if the law is different in GA

Does this pertain to Mississippi. I live in a mobile home park and just went to court.I own my mobile home that is in the park. My mobile home is grandfathered in.I was renting the mobile home out in 2020 my tenants was supposed to be paying the lot rent but they wasn't. The original owner died and her daughter took over I'm not sure she even had the right to do so but anyway..I was tryn to catch up on past lot rent when my tenants moved out they trashed my mobile home stole the kitchen cabinets sink and bathroom vanities..I did not know this We a storm come through so I went to check on the mobile home to find a tree on it but it didn't destroy the mobile home so that's was the first time I went in and saw the place ran sacked and the things listed above missing..So I decided I was gonna put money into it and live there myself I redid the whole mobile home floors I put up sheet rock cabinets vanities over 20 grand..that was the beginning of 2021..So I was still paying lot rent catching up Then I caught covid couldn't work then it turned into long covid after that I was continuing to have unexplained health problems so I got behind again at this point I was doing good to keep the power on.so I got served for eviction it said rent and eviction but it also said if I paid before court I would be ok but that wasn't the case..She just kept yelling I want her out..So now I have until July 31 to get out but it's my mobile home that I put alot of money in last year and idk if it can even be moved..what can I do..Nobody will give me any information.I can't even get the landlord to answer any questions nor the court.I tried to call legal aid but she spoke Spanish I couldn't understand her.Im not under a lease like I said this mobile home is grandfathered in and this area is not zoned for mobile homes anymore..Please help I need advice and quick

DO NOT EVER DO THIS! It is public record and win or lose you will be a pariah in the rental market for literally the rest of your life. With the internet even moving to another state won't save you. Just move on be pleasant and try to get your landlord to give you a release for a super clean unit with zero further drama. Your landlord is an ass ...who cares get out. You simply can not win in the long run.

Yes, give the criminals instructions on how to grift more time to steal from property owners.
I particularly like the squatters rights where someone breaks into your vacant property then the court demands you spend months of time and thousands of dollars to scumbag attorneys to get your rights back. Don't pay, the squatter wins.
And let's not forget how obscenely hyper-partisan judges are. They regularly legislate from the bench, and have no obligation to follow the law.
If you hurt a judges fragile weakego, expect to have your case dismissed and spend thousands more dollars and months more lost time in an appeal of the judge's criminal behavior.
Judges rely on the fact that most people dont have the money to pay a scumbag attorney to challenge their unjust rulings.
Judges are immune from being sued, and are nearly impossible to remove from their position without an egregious and conscience shocking pattern of abuse.
The psychopath D.A. George Gascon, or Chesa Boudin are examples of how difficult it is to remove evil from the justice system
