I love.this.deck. ❤😁❤ 3 of the 5 are.almost.tied.for.my.favorite, but if I had.to pick one, it'd be Tanazir Quandrix. For one, I.think he's.a.but slept.on and I have a thing for non meta/slept on cards. I think Tanazir hasn't been.evaluated quite the way I see.it. I.see.everyone focusing on buffinf a wide set.of.tokens by.4/4 but I see making Tanazir.tall with pump spells and turning a few things into base 10/10's and higher. I'm very excited.for.this set and have a good 7 decks on the building bench ready! Thanks.for the content
While Niv-Mizzet, Jhoira, and Urza solve for cards, Galazeth solves for mana which does cap the power level, but I think it’s still somewhere past the busted point. Mana generation on an ETB is inherently powerful. Storm and wheels seem natural because it’s the most popular archetypes for this color ID, and so a lot of people probably already have those pieces. But I think there’s so much more to do than just storm with this legend. You’re running a nonzero number of artifacts in this color ID anyways, and spellslinger payoffs are almost always off-type (they’re usually permanents) so what happens in game play is you have a Seedborne muse effect in the zone; you get to tap out and develop in your turn, and interact around the table once Galazeth hits the field. Voltron would therefore also be a viable route, as well as Panharmonicon.deck. I’m trying a traditional Dragon’s Approach, mixing in Dragon Tempest, and Dragon Storm. If Galazeth had black, it would be the de facto best treasure deck (missing out on revel in riches and Crux of fate) because it’s the first time we have a “treasure” (technically reads: artifacts) payoff in the zone, and not just generation.
I think this list would be served to add in an Archmage Emeritus so that you can use magecraft to draw out your whole deck off of Twin Flame/Dual Caster which allows you to obviously make a more concrete win attempt if playing Oracle.
Galazeth is a really interesting commander! Urza with Red is bonkers, who would have thought XD Kind of luckly (in, partially, sadly) it does not have a built-in mana sink that can win the game, but the second colour makes up for it.
Stax actually stems from the 4 thousand dollar solution, $t4ks because a vintage deck of that name cost about 4k at that time. Also $t4ks is the best 👌

Made this deck 2 weeks ago, urza with the addition of red is nutty.
Right?? Sure you lose the wincon in the CZ but you get so much more utility and pivot options
