I tried using besan as facewash, but it gave me rashes. Therefore, later, I started using littleextraa's riceberry face wash, and trust me, my skin has greatly improved from this and got healthier than it was before it was... acne lessened, scars and marks reduced, pore size reduced a lot, and skin has become more glowing and smoother, and I am receiving compliments from friends now.
I was looking for a great face wash for two years. I tried all the typical everyday products, a few excellent skincare brands. They were either mildly mild and didn't remove the grime or they were over-drying and harsh. Some were causing the skin to go in overdrive to produce more oil to compensate for lost moisture. I spent around 800 to 900 Rs but I remained determined to nail down the perfect one. Eventually, tried this rice berry face wash by litttle extra. This is perfect for me!! It's a gentle cleanser but cleans thoroughly. No drying or no leaving dirt, sweat behind either. Just the right amount of cleansing. Just luv it.
It's few weeks of using rice berry vitamin c serum and rice berry face wash, my dark spots have faded significantly.

Using your diy facewashes since past 1.5 years. Stopped using market once since then. Both the earlier ones are awesome. Sure this too will be. I use oats ,besan, rice flour, master day powder blend with curd, tomato, milk etc. as face pack. That also works wonders.

Your suggested recipe of face scrub for detanning has worked wonders! I was horribly tanned because of swimming in chlorinated waters and the latter had also broken my skin barrier making my face and body look dry and unhealthy. Two prescribed homemade remedies by you helped me regain my skin texture in 1 week: first, rice flour + yoghurt + rose water pack; second, organic honey + lemon juice ( after washing a thoroughly oiled face; I used virgin coconut oil for that). The concept of a DIY powdered face wash, which is free of any harsh surfactant is very interesting & I am willing to try. The only thing that is holding me back is whether it is powerful enough to wash off my AM skincare products & the dirt & grim that gets accumulated over it throughout the day. I like to apply a heavy moisturizer, followed by a broad spectrum Sunscreen, followed by face powder & then travel using public transport in order to reach my workplace. Then again I get back in the evening same way . That's quite a thick layer I have on face by then to wash off. Can this DIY facewash clean up that many things? I have very sensitive acne prone skin which is getting dry day by day ☹️ That's why this soap free chemical free facewash is looking absolutely tempting to me....but I am afraid whether my skin would be cleaned properly or whether I would have breakouts due to accumulation of residues of my skincare/makeup products 🤔

very useful tips. My sister too had acne problem then she started using tea tree essential oil and it worked best. It has reduced acne and its marks. She bought this tea tree essential oil from Anveya. It's really good.
