    Bakit po hindi tumitigas ung freezer? Mahigit 24hrs na ung frozen food namin sobrang lambot di sya tumitigas bakit psrang na deprost sya?

      Hi @lordyt1998, good day! Adjust the cold air control to the left side to prioritize the fridge compartment, right to prioritize the freezer compartment. Adjust also the thermostat depending on the load inside the fridge or freezer.

    just today ung nr-bp242vs namin na 4 days old nag defrost sya bgla and then di na ulit nag frozen ung mga goods! Ka stress ha at daming paninda ang dpa i frozen!
