- Welcome to Day 10 of the 50 Pound Bench Challenge on Now Accepting Challenges! Today, I focused intensely on my bench press form, from my eyes to my chest, and pushing out with my feet. Either I’m dumb or I think I look better than I do, but I gave it my all with 11 reps. Watch to see how I did and share your thoughts on my form! Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and leave your comments below with more tips and corrections. Let’s stay motivated and keep pushing forward together!

You’ve probably heard this advice before but you should definitely employ some leg drive if you aren’t already. It helps you be more explosive and push more weight. Also focus on getting your back nice and tight into the bench. Hope this helps
Phenomenal. Thank you! Very helpful!
We are all dumb. Our goal for each day is to be slightly less dumb than the day before. Your form looks good, and your dedication is good. At some point, you might start thinking about taking rest days, but otherwise everything looks good to me.
@@Someone-tn8ur appreciate that! We're all beginners, for sure, at something. Thank you for the advice! You're a sage.
good form! you should let the bar rest on your chest for 5 seconds to build more power. Totally optional but i like to do that so I can learn to control bar a bit more.
@@hakeemawbrey8571 great point. THANK YOU!
Few quality reps there, try to arch the back slightly while you do it
Great advice! Thank you.

Fair comment. I bought this house in December and this is the workshop. Whoever lived here before used it probably for woodworking and/or mechanical work. We just renovated the rest of the home, and this room was like, the last priority. We might paint at some point, but I mean hey! It's a workshop!
Lol. Just keep going for 10 more reps. You shouldn’t even be thinking about form. You aren’t even lifting to failure.
@@aajohnsoutube I'm definitely a while away. Hopefully I break my bench the bar challenge record!
@@NowAcceptingChallenges you need to train to failure though. Lol
@@NowAcceptingChallenges subscribed btw 👍🏼
You have no idea how much that means to me! I'm so grateful!
